Wingstop

Something is wrong with this Wingstop. I’ve made three online orders with them and twice, I’ve walked the twenty minutes from my hotel to find out they were either closed during regular operating hours or the online ordering system was down. There should be a fail safe to prevent us from wasting our time. Not coming back. No effort was made to make it right either. Not coming back to any Wingstop until issues w/ online ordering are fixed.

This place is the worst in the city. I did a call in order for a simple order of 24 wings and the stagg on the phone was very hard to deal with. After completing my order she said 15 to 30 minutes the order will be ready. I arrived at the restaurant 45 minutes after placing the order and my orders was not even made much less they didn't have any record of my order. Please if you want wings do not come here. They staff is very under trained.

I called over the phone for over an hour and was constantly put on hold. She even hung up on me one time. So I decided to visit the store since I live 10 minutes down the street. When I arrived they had one customer in the store, the phone wasn’t ringing, and the cashier was just sitting there so I was confused as to why I was being put on hold over 8 times. The cashier acted as though I was inconveniencing her by asking her about the menu. She told me they were out of certain items that I wanted so I left. Just out of curiosity, I called immediately when I left to see if I would be put on hold again unnecessarily, and low and behold I was. This store is a very poor representation of the company and the franchise owner must really not care about the store at all.

waited for over 30 minutes for our food. people who came in behind us got their food first. food was decent. but this was the filthiest place i’ve ever eaten at. nastiest bathrooms i’ve ever seen. couldn’t even wash my hands because of no soap. sink was clogged up due to paper towels being stuck in the drain hole. inside of the toilets were DISGUSTING!! i wouldn’t recommend.
