Mcdonald's

The service here is not good. I used a kiosk. Others who needed to be serviced at the cash register, had to wait. They were told, "I can't ring you up", but didn't initially find someone that could. The front counter matters just as much as the drive through. For the employees that eventually came to help those customers, thank you. I had to go ask for my food and then I got it. Shocking! It seems as if Ms. Delores is having a hard time at this location.

Terrible place. Everytime me and my mom goes there the workers are rude. I went there 20 minutes ago and my mom ordered a happy meal and 4 burgers. She drove to the drive thru after paying and guess what she did after she gave the happy meal. SHE DIDNT GIVE US THE 4 BURGERS THAT WAS IN FRONT OF OUR FACES AND WE CLEARLY ORDERED!! when my mom pointed out that she had also ordered those burgers she rolled her eyes like it was supposed to be her last dinner that we took away from her. And every other time we go there the people are so rude and they take like a whole hour for us to finally get our food. Never eating at this place again. Burger was good but i was checking in case someone spit in the food or had they hair in it cause she put a few pieces of her hair in my fries container

The McDonald's on Jewella is so sorry 😞 They don't never have anything to complete a purchase. While waiting on my order. I watched the two ladies make orders and Noone was at the front. I was in line 45 minutes before the young lady past me my order, I asked her to repeat it because it didn't sound right she was angry. If my son wasn't so in love with that Ole smelly meat and after paying and staying there 45 minutes. I would have gotten a refund.. I hate that McDonald's.

I sat in the drive thru over 15 mins before my order was ever took and another 15 mins after that !! This is the only location I ever have repeat issues with. Food is always cold so I don’t understand what is the wait for ???! Then after calling inside the store I hear every body playing and when I asked if she can explain why there’s such a long wait when there’s only 4 cars in drive through she replied “idk I’m helping somebody get they food ma’am.” Employees need extra training and the place needs new management. I hate it here
