Taco Bell

Got off work and went for dinner and just picked 2 family packs. (I feed 2 teen boys that eat big) pulled up and paid and within a reasonable time the order was ready. The guy at the window was in good spirits, friendly, and made sure I had all I needed before leaving. I didn't have much but did show my gratitude for the great job done.. even better news is the tacos and burritos was soooooo yummy I believe the entire staff that night was the best in all the ones I have been to.

Customer service was great but I paid for 12 beef tacos and only received 9. Try calling the number listed 318-686-1850No answer sound like a fax machine....Businesses I visit so far they take your money here in Shreveport. Who will give you back the gas money to go back get the items and your time. I spent close to 25$. Order number 365765..

This Taco Bell was the worse service I’ve ever had. We went through the drive- thur and they got 8 out of 9 drinks wrong. That told us to park up front come in and bring my 8 drinks in and they gave me a cup and made me fix my own drinks. They wasn’t even busy. They was to busy on their cell phones. It took me 7 minutes to fix all of my drinks right myself. They looked so high. Then tried to make me pay twice. Watch this Taco Bell. Pure scammers and lazy. I don’t recommend this Taco Bell at all. Then I tried to call up there to get someone to help me. I tried ten times they sit on their phones and let the phone ring and ring. Everyone at this Taco Bell needs to be fired. Not doing their job.

Mansfield rd location. Never again ever. I should have asked for my money back when they employees were throwing and slapping things together. Everyone I was with also got the wrong order.now I know this is taco bell and I shouldn't expect gourmet but this was not even dollar tree grade dog food level.
