Sonic Drive-in

If you have never been here you would never know that this is the BEST Sonic in our area. I live closer to Greenwood’s Sonic but I will skip it and come here. Excellent service and food. My order has never been incorrect here and the manager has even come out and asked us how we were doing in the past. Love this Sonic, their service, and the staff. I recommend this Sonic to my friends and family.

I ordered on the app after they told me to not come through the drive through. I then ordered on the app at like 9:25 and then my name appeared and disappeared off the screen where Sonic’s normally say “name is on the way” but it didn’t say anything. We pressed the button 15 mins later and asked if they had our order and they said yeah it’s almost out so we waited until 10:05 and our food never came out so we left. We could barely see in the kitchen but we just saw people standing and talking and a man was just mopping. It was just a really frustrating experience. We are on a 16 hour drive and we were just starving and normally love sonic. I already filed a complaint online but hopefully this saves someone else from losing $30 here.

The gal name Lindsey was very rude she said (I don’t have Time to be nice) because they were busy well that’s no excuse.and we waited 30 mins for a drink. Was not the best experience I rate it a 0/5 stars not worth your time I’m sorry. We already tried calling the owner i guess she didn’t care because she didn’t answer but what ever

I should've stopped coming to this location years ago, when they switched owners.. nothing is the same or better. Never put enough syrup in your slushes, every other location has my strawberry slush looking like it should, at this location it always look like a diet strawberry slush who's lost it's strawberries and color. Definitely need new management. I was told only offer fried pickles through the app, turned around and ordered through app, only for the exact same manager to tell me they where sold out, after my purchase. Funny how my cheese is never melted on my big burgers. Or when I order a chili cheese Coney, my weenie be old and sick looking, yet & still someone decided to still put chili and cheese on it. Definitely prefer the Blanchard LA, Greenwood LA and Greenwood Rd and Bert kouns location over this one. It's sad because I Iive closer to this location. But I will never come bk to this location again. However the car hop was great and understanding. Needs new management or shift leads.
