Love the staff and the impossible burger! I have an allergy to beef and can't even have my impossible burger touch other areas that real beef has been. The food is always fresh and delicious! The staff are amazing and always accommodate my special request! Best Burger King in Northwest Arkansas.

Your current overall rating is 3.7 out of 5. When that happens, you need to pay more attention to customer service. Today I ordered ahead on the app. One item, the frozen cherry, was out of stock. Okay, that happens. I was offered icee alternatives and did not like either. I asked for the approximately priced soda. The shift manager, Reyna, informed me this would cost more, then had her worker give me two icees of a different flavor that I said I did not want. I was totally confused. I asked again, just give me medium drinks. She refused because it would cost a few cents more than what I had prepaid. Less than a dollar combined for two. I asked Reyna why she would want to charge me more for the nearest priced replacement to the item not in stock after there was not only an out of stock item but items given me I said again I did not want, but again she would not budge. In disbelief, I asked for a refund. No business should make money off of that kind of leadership. She said, surprise, no. She said it was because I paid on the app. I said she could give me money out of the register for what I paid and that I was not moving until she did. And when she handed the money to me, and I asked her name, she said I could call the store about her. I asked, why, for a few cents, when you yourself made a human error, would you rather lose the business of a loyal customer altogether? Remember when a restaurant that messed up gave you a certificate for fries or an ice cream cone? Gone. She again said I could contact the store. Reyna, your bottom line is people, and because you did not understand that, you not only lost money by not owning up to a human mistake, but now you have invited this review of how far and how fast this store has suddenly fallen in my view, when the review average shows it can't really afford to do so.

Before I placed my order with doordash, I called this location because I couldn’t order the item that I wanted because the app didn’t allow it. I spoke with Robert and he assured me that he would assure that I would get the item I wanted. I got my order and just as he promised, I got the item that I wanted! Absolutely beautiful customer service at this store and feel confident that any issue I have will be taken seriously and handled correctly and efficiently! Beautiful work guys and gals!!!

Sometimes you get fresh food and sometimes you get trash food. Lately tho the new staff as of 3/1/22 has been prepping fresh and excellent burgers.unlike the previous 21 staff who seemed rather lazy.

Lost 1 star. Packed my whopper with cheese when I told them no Cheese.

The service was quick the lobby was clean and the burger was good and the fries hot. For fast food today it was good.

Every time I go through the drive thru they always get my order wrong. My husband picked up me the impossible whopper I want cheese ketchup tomato and pickles. He got home I was impressed that it had the ketchup tomato and pickles on it. Was about to take a bite a it smelled funny. Looked a the burger and it was the whopper with real meat. I don't eat meat. He went back a picked up a new one for me and it had cheese ketchup tomato no pickles and they burned the veggie burger

So I decided to get lunch here today cause it's been awhile. I won't be coming back at all. I don't think paying $8.97 for a stone cold whopper and a small soggy fry is worth it. Definitely not a person that complains much but the service was terrible. I even went to tell the guy working the window to have a nice day and he gave me a dirty look and closed the door faster then I could say "have a great day". Personally I think the whole crew needs an up lift or they need new people cause they don't value the customers and obviously don't enjoy working there. There is a ton of other restaurants in town that work harder and will be getting my money from now on!

Went there this morning at 5:30am. Sat at the drive through for 5 minutes then was told they would not be open for another 10 minutes. Is this place really doing so well they turn away customers? I can say I will take my business elsewhere.
