Kfc

This looks gross huh! I had placed an order online for a church luncheon. I ordered 2 12 piece buckets ($49) . I get to the window they hand us one bucket. We sat forever at the window for them to finally come back so I can tell them the order was incomplete. They said no that's it, I pulled up the phone to show them my order. The lady comes back with an attitude and slings the bag to my son. First how rude. We get to the luncheon and they uncover the bucket. Talk about humiliation. This is nasty. The color looked off the skin was peeling off. It was only a 5 minute drive so it wasn't sitting long. I'm so surprised how this location stays in business. This places needs an overhaul. I should've spent that money down the road at Popeyes.

Very bad experience! Ordered food the family meal and upon ordering they said it would take 10 minutes for fresh food. And when we got home we went to eat and it was way over cooked and disgusting! Greasy and petrified and tasted like yesterday’s chicken! Made me and my wife sick as a dog possibly food poisoning!!! Never again ! Do not recommend!!! Popeyes is way way better

Tried the spicy chicken sandwich for the first time and its ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!! Yummy!!! The best chicken... So here we go! KFC #1 Chick-fil-A #2 Wendy's #3 And I'll even add that as a lover of Chick-fil-A's spicy chicken sandwich, KFC's is a ways ahead!! Even their pickles taste better... 9.2 out of 10

My family and I had just driven 12 hours to visit my daughter in Siloam Springs. I ordered the chicken sandwich because the advertisements looked so good. My sandwich consisted of very small half a dry, barely warm chicken breast, that looked nothing like the pictures show. And the fries were cold, dried out, extremely hard, and inedible. I understand we got to the drive thru at 8:30pm, but there was no reason for them to serve up inedible food. Mine went into the trash.

We went to the siloam springs kfc this evening after the movie to enjoy a "nice fkc dinner" we didn't get that experience at all! The "shift manager " was "Tay" we order over 30$ worth of food one including a 8 piece bucket of chicken the chicken wasn't done so I took it back to the counter she rolled her eyes at me then proceeded to tell me well u don't know what you want me to do it's cooked on a timer! Then she went back where I could hear her an said well she's saying her chicken isn't done an I don't know what she wants me to do. The other girl Said well if u cook it on a open fryer it will clump together an won't be done. She gave me two more pieces of chicken well we left an when we got home the chicken was worse then before this time had blood running out more then before!!! I have pictures of it

Less than ideal place to grab some quick food and make a pit stop. No locks on the restroom door and you would be exposed if someone walked in (no thank you, I'll hold). Waited several minutes at the counter to order but had to leave as no one was posted. There was a guy walking around with a broom in an empty dining room, a cook (?) and a drive thru attendant. So I left and went back around through the drive thru. The young lady in drive thru was kind, considerate and very professional, while her coworkers could be seen standing around behind her in the background; Unfortunately the food was awful 😞. I'm not a picky eater but the chicken was dry, hard and greasy. Even my dogs wouldn't eat it. I'm not from Siloam, but I do frequent the area and I can say there are much better places to eat.
