Mi Camino Real

They ruin tamales with a bean and hamburger slop on top. I don't care for it and have forgotten twice they are going to put in on the tamales. I'm not used to it, it's not what is put on tamales where I grew up and it doesn't taste good to me. Otherwise they are a basic Mexican restaurant, and are friendly enough.

The food we picked up was so nasty it was absolutely inedible!!! My husband order steak tacos they dumped so much salt that he was not able to eat it. My chicken was hard as a rock. We have frequented this restaurant multiple times but tonight took the cake!! We will no longer eat at this establishment again!!! Only reason I gave 1 star is you can't give them a zero!!!!

Food was good. Service was awful. This was because we came in at 2:51 to an almost completely empty restaurant. They did not give us menus, which was weird. We had to ask for them when they brought the drinks. Then they kept walking past us and our waiter stayed across the room though I kept eyeing him. So finally a waitress comes and takes our order. They let my food get cold because they didn't bring the last plate of my fajitas with the gauc until I waved her down. The finale was when they charged us dinner rates when we got there before lunch was over. They purposefully didn't get our order until after 3 and she tried to say that she came back from break at 3 and we weren't there. I pulled up trusty life360 that showed we were there earlier but the waitress and manager refused to change our ticket. They over charged by over $10. That was her tip. We always tip excellent, but we felt ripped off and both said no tip. Ah move, but so was theirs. Cozumels has never done this to us. We'll be driving further to go there from now on.

Worst experience ever. Manager accused me and my associates of being to loud and using profanity. I went to pay my bill and he refused to help me and started to call someone. I even asked the couple beside us if we were bothering them and they said no not all all. I’m not sure if it was a race thing or not. On top of that food was horrible. Avoid this place like a plague. I wish I could give negative stars. No one should be treating anyone like this

Excellent service! I had the tacos de pastor, and the flavor was excellent. Just the right amount of sweet and the pork was so tender. Don't mind the photo, I'd already torn through half my plate. They serve the onions and cilantro in a dish on the side, which is a nice touch. And the margaritas are only $3 and change on Sunday evening.
