Einstein Bros. Bagels

The bagels of course are really good! The service was really good just a little slow (most places have been affected by workers). They have an indoor and an outdoor eating area. Prices are fair. Parking is limited but there's a lot of city parking around t he area. We would definitely go back. Here is a tip if you want 3 free bagels. On your next visit, save your receipt and take the survey !

I’ve come here 2 mornings in a row since it’s open early. Same experience both times. The ladies in charge are rude and have horrible customer service. It’s almost like they’re being forced to show up to work. I don’t leave reviews. But my experience this morning made me immediately think about leaving one for this place. The lady making the sandwiches was nice and knows how customers are being treated and talked to so she tries to make up for it.

Nice bagels, Chewy outside, soft inside! I brought some to my mother-in-law at South Miami Hospital who had just gotten off of a liquid diet, she couldn't say enough good things about them!! Got plain, cheese and chocolate chip ... with 1 tub plain cream cheese and 1 tub honey almond!! Only minor complaint was the coffee was too hot! But that's mostly on me because I drink it black and didn't wait long enough!! ☕🥵🌡♨️🔥

Great location, Staff member that took care of us was extremely rude. Establishment is dirty and outdated. We sat outside to enjoy south Floridas weather and sat in a rust old chair that cut my girlfriends leg and ripped her pants. After telling the store about it there answer to us was. What do you want us to do about it. The chair is old. With so many great options around Dade county I would not recommend this location. Establishment needs plenty of training.

The nastiest attitude from the employees. I’ve never had an issue there and I’ve bypassed their attitude several times. This time I asked the cashier if I had to tap something on the app and her reply was I DONT KNOW THATS YOUR APP YOU NEED TO KNOW HOW TO WORK YOUR APP. I responded with the same nasty attitude bc I’m gonna treat people the way they treat me. Then another person behind the register started defending her coworker shouting at me saying THIS CAN BE SOLVED VERY EASILY. I can’t even begin to understand that kind of threat to a customer. She jumped in without even knowing what happened. This is the worst Einstein’s I’ve ever been to and sadly it’s right next to my job.

My family & I came @ a very, busy time of day. Sunday @ 11:30. The salmon & cream & everything bagel was very 😋 yummy; however, the iced Chai tea latte was not...I have never tasted anything like it before & one of the other drinks we ordered was incorrectly made as well. The breakfast burritos (2) were not heated all the way - cold spots & had to be sent back. And could not sit inside & it was a very, hot day. But, I got see the coolest looking little multi-colored lizard 🦎 while eating my bagel 😊
