It's a different problem every time we go here. The attitude and the fact that it's a drastically different price every single time with the exact same order is ridiculous. We always order combos and still have to ask for our sides every time while they give us half our food and stare at us like we're dumb when we dont leave right away. I'm over it.

The staff was rude even the GM. The person that took my order Mary had no knowledge of the products and kept talking over me. I had people waiting on their lunch and the Gm told me i was making them 72 mins late because i said my order was not correct. Never use them again on the eastside of spartanburg

The quickest, freshest sandwich for a quick meal. You can pre-order it online, although if you want to walk in, your sandwich will be ready within a minute! Super speedy, and the bread is always fresh. I have never had a downside with this restaurant, service is also exceptionally well. 8" sub is only $5!

Evening manager is extremely RUDE! First our ordered had 4 cookies, 3 cookies accidentally fell between the delivery drivers seat. The turkey sandwich had one slice of turkey on it. So we complained, the delivery driver was returning our cookies and I gave her my sandwich and told her to credit us. She agreed the RUDE manager on 11/20/21 at 5:45pm said they are not taking the sandwich back that is with the delivery driver already and REFUSES to refund $5.99. We paid $32.46 and they refuse to refund $5.99. NO MORE JIMMY JOHNS FOR US, YOU ARE CROOKS!! You got my sandwich and money
