Carl's Jr.

I've dined in and and went through the drive through and both times were quick and good. I've had things like cheeseburgers, waffle fries, chicken nuggets, and sausage and cheese biscuits. Everything was good for a fast food restaurant. It had flavor and was hot. The veggies used were crisp and fresh. Our order was correct also. I'd go back again, great prices and deals too. The place was also clean.

The good: The food was good as always. The bad: The staff was sitting in the lobby, or hanging out in the parking lot out back in between every order. Not cleaning not staying busy nothing. The ugly: This goes without saying if you have lazy employees you have dirty restaurants. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Picture the worst city park disgusting overused bathroom or the worst roadside gas station, middle of nowhere restroom, and this one rivaled it. Summary: I wish I would have seen the restroom before I ate the food because now I wonder if the kitchen was just as disgusting as that restroom was. When you don't clean one place you don't clean another. Carl's Jr Spokane valley Washington you need some work. Seriously and immediately.

How is this restaurant still open? Not only does it take 10 hours to get your food they are out of everything all the time. I don’t know why I punish myself and try to go here so often in the mornings, unfortunately it is the closest place to my house. For the love of God hire a general manager that can run a business

This location is horrible. Staff is always on their phones (not washing their hands before touching your food), rude, argumentative and disrespectful. If you don't like people get a job that doesn't require you to interact with the public. Multiple times I have placed a mobile order so I can grab it on my lunch, and even though I select "make my order" and am there within the 5-10 minute window it is always cold. They also can't seem to pronounce my name properly, so when I give them my name for the order they insist they don't have one for me because they think my name is something other than what it is. Don't waste your time or money here.

Went to the drive thru at Carls at sprague & pines & ordered a bbq chicken sandwich meal. Went I went to the window, there was a birds nest above the counter & bird droppings on the counter. It was pretty gross. When I got home I discovered I didn’t get what I ordered but a Santa Fe chicken instead. The chicken was spicy & so dry I ended up throwing it away. The fries were not good either & I tossed them also. The girl at the window was exceptionally rude as well. I won’t be going there again any time soon!
