Love the friendly and prompt service at this location. Stopped in for a quick bite with grandchild, the price was right on the "box" of the month! Food was hot and delicious!

After I pulled over to check my meal, I was pleasantly surprised! Everything was right. I haven't had the best of luck with fast food getting everything right these days, so to the Taco bell on Sprague thanks for restoring a little faith!

This location in the Spokane valley area is very nice and clean, and to my surprise the staff were super friendly despite being understaffed and we're able to get orders out very quickly even if the drive through was super packed and the lobby had quite a few people. Honestly I was very pleased with my service and they didn't get anything on my order wrong. I was very happy to get great service from this location and hopefully I'll come again if I'm in the area!

Went Monday 21st at 12.30 sure the wait time was a little long but understandable with the amount of staff. The lady that took my order was very polite. The food I got was great especially the cheesy crunch with extra beef. All in all great team.

Nothing keeps me more regular than taco bell. Mainly because every special order or just order minus sour cream I have ordered in over a year has always had sour cream. Unfortunately I am lactose intolerant so trying to drive back, wait forever in line to ask for them to remake my food isn't worth it so I just deal with the high pressure stream of hot lava water that comes out of me after eating the sour cream. But if you like sour cream that is cool I guess.

wasn't quite as good as the last time we went here. the food was hot and fresh but you could tell they were rushing through the orders. for instance we got 3 dorritos locos tacos and all three had very different amounts of ingredients in them-- one was perfect, one had very little beef, and the third had very little of everything. that being said, we've had worse and at least the food was hot and the people were friendly.

I ordered with DoorDash and got the complete wrong order. When I called and asked what I should do the girl who helped me was very nice about it and apologized and gave me many options on how to get the right order or things they could do to help get it fixed. They were all very nice and made it right I know some places wouldn’t do anything to fix the mistake. Thankyou for the great customer service!
