I've worked in the food industry for years, and the last time I went to get food from this Taco Time, I was really shocked and appalled. The person working didn't have his long hair under control. He also was making food wearing the same gloves he was using to handle cash and ring people up. Not only is it against health code, but it's quite disgusting.

The combination of flimsy condiment cups and napkin rationing is a fail.. Filling customers drinks while handling the inside of the cup lid is gross. And the abundance of ice had me wishing for self serve drinks. If you like tacotime, find another one.

Smile a little more guys....you all work at the mall and that's cool AF! It is very unappetizing when the person behind the register looks like they don't wanna be there :/ other times ya'll alright though.

We just waited 10 minutes in line and 30 minutes to get our food. Two staff working on a busy day. Only reason for two stars is because I’m a sucker for pinto bean burritos ; )

Fast food in the mall... At least the staff was nice. Took a while to get our food. They seem short staffed.

Take it from a former employee. They will almost definitely be using expired product, and completely ignore expiration dates
