Imo's Pizza

As soon as you walk in the door, your greeted with the most delicious smell of PIZZA & seasoning. It’s five of us, the dining room was CLEAN and comfortable. We ordered the 14” Deluxe, Toasted ravioli and a 2 liter which was around $40. The staff was courteous and extremely helpful. The taste of the food was on point, as it looks on the menu and TASTED GREAT.

Imo's is great pizza......The management staff not so great at this location.... simply said ..they were completely rude and the product was just insufficient. They could care less if you're happy with your purchase...Example....I ordered a deluxe pizza with extra sausage....and it came with no sausage. Complained.... management said we'll make another pizza for you. Literally...an hour later I had to ask if they were making it and they said in a minute. The food is classic.....the management stagnant. Get new workers... please. That big guy is an a**. Not named Jack either. Oh and how about getting the stickers off of the pepper...??

This pizza was delivered hour later and burnt. I called manager for refund and they sent the deliver guy back to give me refund but they wanted the pizza back so I got it out of the trash and the delivery guy said the pizza was fine & refused to give me the money. I called the manager back and he told me to call corporate he wasn’t giving me refund. This is horrible customer service. I can’t believe they would treat a customer like this and serve the pizza like that. They should be embarrassed

Pizza is ok but the woman working the counter is terrible. I stopped in to pickup a to go order and during the few minutes I was inside, someone had parked behind me. No big deal, I went in and asked everyone in the restaurant If they owned the car. No one did. I went to each business nearby and asked those patrons as well. I called an Uber to deliver the pizza back to the event and sat and waited. Finally, the lady working the counter came out CLEARY upset. I asked her if she owned the car and she said yes and that I should know to not park there. I asked how I should know that and she pointed at the sign in front of the business saying it was imo’s parking only. I was there for IMO’s! She then went on to ask me if I would park in someone’s driveway at their house and the answer is a resounding yes as well. She never apologized or felt bad at all and I have to admit I was very frustrated by her attitude and called her a name I am not proud of. So, while it may be a great restaurant, I’d highly advise against any dealings with the counter gal. I can assure you I won’t be back.

I called just before closing, around 9:20 pm. I am from out of town not really knowing the hours. I asked if I had enough time to put in an order for pick up as I was sitting at Tie and Timber across the street. I was told yes. I reiterated that I understand it’s late and I get it if they couldn’t. The person over the phone said “no problem let me switch registers. “ I was then placed on hold for over 15 minutes and I eventually hung up. I get it, you don’t want to make my pizza I worked in the industry, but just tell me it’s too late instead of keeping me on hold. I could have called somewhere else man…..it’s no biggie. I walked over on hold…I was told it was closed….don’t keep people on hold.
