Pizza Hut

I will never order from this store again. Two nights in a row i have attempted to order delivery to my work. My order was taken, paid for with a 20% tip for the driver added on, and never delivered. After calling around i got their support line only to be told my order had been cancelled because they sent their driver home early, which would be fine, except that i was never informed of this until i had actively attempted to find out what was going on with my order an hour after the store showed closed online. Absolutely rediculous. And i still have yet to be refunded either purchase.

Do not order here !! We ordered pizza at 5:00 p.m. and have not received it. It is now 7:02 p.m..... no pizza ☹️ We reported it to the store and they said they were short staffed but the app says it was delivered. We reported to the order to corporate and it was just a horrible experience. Don't waste your time at this store.... Very sad. * Update.... Another worker came to the rescue and they refunded my food with new hot pizza as well. Thanks for making up for the time. I guess the manager that they had took all the orders and showed them all as completed and then quit. Sorry that your manager was that irresponsible. Thanks for making up for it. *****

My order number is 3220508190848001432038510. I ordered a pizza and 5 breadsticks. The delivery guy didn’t ring the bell while he left the order at my doorstep. I almost waited for more than a hour for my order. The app didn’t update the status too. It kept saying preparing. Finally after an hour and a half I opened the door just to check and the order was lying on the doormat. It was all cold. I also ordered 5 breadsticks. They gave the bread like a baked cake without even cutting it into pieces. I mean how long does it take to cut the bread. It was horrible I trashed the breadsticks because it didn’t taste good. It’s alright if u don’t want to ring the doorbell but atleast update the app about the delivery status. I ate a cold pizza. I called up the store to inform and the guy who answered my call left me on hold. I waited and disconnected. Still didn’t receive a call back from the store.

Worst Pizza Hut I've ever been to. Was told the wait was an hour, 2 hours later I called and they told me it'd already been delivered. I had no pizza. I was put on hold for a silly amount of time while the woman who answered the phone checked on my non existant pizza. When the woman came back, I admittedly got way more heated than I should have. I just drove 12 hours with a toddler and was on edge to begin with. Delivery man finally showed (without a mask) at the 3 hour mark. Two cold, sad looking pizzas looked me in the face, WITHOUT a sticker seal that let me know no one touched it. According to the delivery man I was the last person on his route, which I know was untrue because the woman on the phone thought my food was already delivered. I did get a full refund, which I'll be watching my account to make sure I did get one. Needless to say, I had Taco Bell for dinner tonight and it was surprisingly delicious.

We specifacaly put a memo on our 3 pizzas to have the cheese on top of the toppings and the cheese was below the toppings. With the cheese below the toppings, the toppings fall off when you go to eat a piece of pizza. The stuff crust pizza was burnt around the stuff crust and there was not much cheese in the stuffed crust pizza. Flavor was good.
