Torino's Greek & Italian Restaurant

We got there with a party of 5 and they told us about 35 minutes and the 44 minutes that we waited on a table. We watched 4 different parties of 5 or more leave within 25 minutes of us getting there. My husband’s friend went in and asked why we weren’t being sat and they said they didn’t have any tables available for us. He told them we’ve watched 5 parties leave and I know you have a table for us. Needless to say we got a table and they had plenty of empty tables and they could have sat us. Our waitress had the personality of a brick wall. Now on to the food...I ordered the lasagna and she handed me what she called baked spaghetti and I’m pretty sure that’s what it was and it was very watery and not tasteful at all. My husband order a pizza and the inside dough was still raw!! It was gross!! Needless to say...I wouldn’t go back there if they were giving me my food for free!! The place isn’t worth the money or the wait!!

I have eaten in some pretty bad places all over the world. I have to say, this one is up there with the worst of them. Unfriendly staff to start out with. The place itself felt cheap even though it is pretty expensive. Now, let's talk about food. I ordered my favorite: souvlaki! A grilled meat kebab. What did I get? Some meat cubes in a vinegar sauce. It was inedible. I let it go back. Nobody came and apologized or asked why I didn't like the food. When we left we the girl at the register said that talking to the manager wouldn't make a difference anyway... well, that is terrible customer service on top of terrible food
