Turtle Jack's Winona

I only managed to grab a photo of my dessert because I had to drive right in to my meal!! 😂 This was my first time back at a Turtle Jack’s in over 2 years, and my first time at this specific location. I honestly think this location is the best one I’ve been too. Other Turtle Jack’s seem to be poorly-lit but this one was very comfortable to sit and enjoy a meal. The food is great, everything on the menu sounded so good - it was tough to make a choice! Price and quality are very reasonable for a date night/family outing. Staff are very friendly too. I’ll be back!

Love this place but don’t get takeout. Every time we’ve gone everyone has been friendly and the Food has been good. However, my takeout has been missing things two times in a row now. I understand the establishment is busy, I do, but it is mildly annoying. The first time I ordered I asked for two medium sauces and two gravy’s. I got four plum sauces. I called and talked to the manager, since I had been charged for the gravy I didn’t get. She compensated me and I appreciated it a ton and she was super nice and professional. I ordered takeout today and the fingers and fries had no sauce, the fish and chips did not have tartar sauce, and the wings did not have veggies and blue cheese. It’s not the end of the world, but if you like your sauces and dips, go in person!

Located at the popular stop fifty plaza, this place is very close to our workplace; so, we treat it like our second meeting room; LOL (or at least we used to treat it this way before COVID-19 and lockdown). They have both a patio and indoor dining area. They also offer takeout. I have almost tried all their menu and enjoyed my meal. It is a combination of great spices and cooked at the right amount of time. Their staff are friendly and professional and during the COVID-19 pandemic, their sanitizing plan is well-executed.

Good food and the waitress was very nice,thanks Carol. Really enjoyed the beautiful patio and delicious food. Patio has lots of gorgeous flowers, umbrellas and the heaters on a cool evening are amazing. I've dined inside several times in the past, this was my first time on the patio and definitely enjoyed the set up. I'll definitely be going back soon. Thank you!!!

Experience is horrible. Wedding anniversary that would have been better at home. -Some of our orders was not provided, -took 40 mins to get the starters (which was initially served to another table who refused as they just came in), - food served was cold as if it were made hours before. - Refills were never provided despite multiple requests, - had to ask for plates and then cutlery separately after the appetisers were served. -Servers intentionally avoided our lane which was funny as they made bee lines all over except our way. --Had to get our food made to take out and even that took forever. Never coming back and will not be recommending to anyone.

The meal was absolutely fabulous, we tried the Roasted Garlic Chicken rolls, to start our meal...and all I can say is WOW. Our server was Dimitri and he was terrific. Overall our experience was 5 Star for sure. When you're in a pinch or you have some time and you're hungry you will not be disappointed with Turtle Jack's off the QEW in Stoney Creek.
