This was my first experience with Pizza Depot. And it will be definitely be my last. The food was absolutely disgusting. I ordered a large butter chicken with tomato base. It was the worst pizza I have ever ordered in my entire life. There was next to no chicken or toppings. It was over-cooked to the point where it was burnt charcoal. The cheese was very little too with horrible cheap-tasting sauce. All I could taste was the disgusting sauce. Their pizza were total opposite to what they have advertised on shiny posters in their store. Disaster!!

The pizza is great HOWEVER... 1. They need to wash their hands!.
2. The wait is ridiculous. We waited an hour and 15 mins. So be.prepared to wait.
The pizza is good. Hot.
I have had them give my pizza to another customer.
Now.when I order I wait inside. They are not very organized.

Ordered pizza and wings over the phone and confirmed. After 20 min, went for pickup, he didn’t enter wings in order. Attitude and service not good. Now I understand why they are getting 1 star. For me they don’t deserve even 1 star.

Best pizza in Hamilton! My husband ordered this Pizza and it was the best Pizza I have ever had in my life because it was heart shaped and taste was so amazing and yummy . Awesome crust with great tasting and fresh ingredients. I am so happy with the timely delivery with this delicious Pizza.

The wings were great. We were pleasantly surprised by the portion size because many pizza places serve wings on the smaller side. The sauces (mild & hot and blue cheese) were very good as well. We look forward to trying more of the many flavours in the future. The wings are a good price for what you get. Overall a positive experience :)

Amazing Pizza! Had ordered a customized X-L pizza through them on doordash; it had pizza, hot italian sausage and a bunch of veggies, they did an amazing job with it, will definitely try again!!😍

This is easily the worst place to get meatball subs in all of Ontario. Meatball subs aren't even in the menu and I see why. Weird thing about them not having meatball subs on their menu is that they will make them if you ask, they charge 12 dollars a sub and they are terrible. No tomato sauce, only 9 meatballs on the whole sub and to top all that it isn't even a sub bun its garlic bread. We are literally a 2 minute drive from this place and we were told these subs would take 20 minutes, they took 45 minutes to arrive and the delivery driver seemed very rushed. Very bad experience here and we wont be ordering again.
