Sunflower Organics & Deli

I stopped here to get a coffee and check out the menu/place. The coffee cost $3.05 and I brought-in my own coffee mug. When I pay that much for coffee, I expect great coffee - it was not good and reminded me of bath-water. The service was poor as I was basically ignored as the server turned his attention to some dressed better than me. When I did get his attention, he was very condescending and I had to wait for a simple cup of coffee for sometime while he took other orders and the other 3 staff just made themselves look busy. The food could be good here, but I will never find out as coffee used to be free with a meal and there is no way I would eat at a place that charges over $3 for a bad coffee in the first place.

Quirky little cafe that’s very popular. Good assortment of sandwiches to choose from. I had the veggie panini which was tasty and large enough that I bought half home. The young lady behind the cash register was friendly and didn’t rush my elderly mother when she couldn’t decide what to order. They have a take-out window as well.

One of my favourite places for brunch/lunch. I visit the Sunflower every time that I'm in Crescent Beach. Their food is incredibly delicious. You can taste the difference that quality ingredients makes! Their muffins sell out quick (and for good reason!). They also have the best paninis around. Definitely pay this place a visit if you haven't been yet - it's a must!

Has a nice outdoor seating with a tropical vibe, it wasn't super busy this Sunday lunchtime. I guess it kinda has a self serve concept where you grab our own cutlery, coffee and water from a stocked table. I ordered a chicken pannini and loved it even though it a bit pricier than usual. My husband got a wrap which unfortunately he didn't enjoy at all, served on a cold tortilla that was overfilled with lettuce and not soo much chicken. Can't really say much about service because we only interacted twice with the servers once to order food and once when they brought it out. Would give it a 3.5 stars.

This is my favourite breakfast and lunch spot in Cresent Beach. With good coffee and shake options combined with fantastic food and baked goods... as well as vegetarian and vegan options... it is hard to find a tastier, cool atmospheric spot on the Semiahmoo Peninsula. Don't bother trying, stop by enjoy some great food, good decor, friendly staff and interesting customers.
