Bunnings Rydalmere

Absolutely well and truly just amazed and disappointed and overwhelmed. I haven’t ordered anything online from Bunnings before. But I did this time. Purely because of my chronic pain in my spine. I needed an outdoor table. Had it delivered. Then tried to put together yesterday. Now can I just say I didn’t realise the table top was going to be so heavy. So have been in bed all day with pain just because of trying to put together. Thats my problem. BUT………… When I was putting together, one of the leg connections is not where it’s supposed be positioned at on the table…. I mean. What the hell…… Are they all like this? Or just mine? Then when I contacted Bunnings. They apologised and said they will organise to collect after me asking them too. The “ store “ has been notified I was told and that was that. That was this morning after complaining last night. But they have now not contacted me. Have not said how they are going to fix my problem of me being out by a table when I desperately need one for this Sunday???? Not one thing have they written back saying how they are going to fix my situation. 😕😕 This is bad for anyone who this would have happened too. But I’m suffering with pain. I can’t just get up and go get another table tomorrow. Not happy! Will never ever purchase online again and after this experience will probably never go back to a store and just purchase from Amazon now. Not happy. Bad customer service. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

The customer experience for this store is appalling. Every time I'm there, I see the some staff gathering in a circle chatting and playing on their personal phones. As a result, I always struggle to find anyone to help me and end up wasting a lot of time finding stuff. I made a complaint to Bunnings on this issue but have not received any replies. I do want to shout out to their older staff for being helpful, but it's very rare to find them. Overall I would not recommend this store, and I suggest the management to do better in actually managing your staff to be more helpful.

I always prefer to visit this store as it has got ample parking. This store is no different to any other Bunnings store and all the options available elsewhere are available here. The staff is helpful if you need any help. Refunds & Exchange is a bit slower though and there is some room for improvement.

Went to Bunnings to get a key cut , couldn’t believe the customer service I received from a young fella named Cameron, he cut the keys I wanted and helped me with other products I was after. If you have any achievement awards you give to employees, Cameron truly deserves one, for such a young man to give such an amazing customer service, it is rare to see this attention to customer service from a Bunnings employee!! Thanks for your assistance Cameron! Will make this my new store !!
