Dr Michelle Heffernan was a life saver and I cannot speak highly enough about the absolutely exceptional treatment that this clinic offers. BMA house Endodontists was the only Practice in whole of Sydney that has emergency appointments for patients in pain. I called serval Endodontist and they all put me on a 8 week waiting list. The reception staff were friendly and kind. Dr. Heffernan explained every step of the treatment, and I felt full confidence in her skills. I found the team extremely professional, caring and compassionate to the point that they even checked on me after working hours to see if my pain has reduced. Thank you again Dr. Heffernan for the excellent work on my tooth.

Amazing, professional, caring endodontist in Sydney CBD. I highly recommend Dr Guy Shipper for root canal treatment. I was really anxious and had been avoiding going to any dentist for years due to previous bad experiences and so many ppl telling me it would be really painful. I was in pain with a cracked tooth and he gave me an appointment the next day. I had 3-4 successful treatments in Feb, March, April 2021, with hardly any pain (only the usual minimal, post treatment pain) but I was able to talk, eat and return to work on the same day. Amazing outcome!! It shocked everyone I know. During the process, Dr Shipper constantly asked me if I was OK. He was kind, patient, honest and excellent. I no longer have a fear of dentists :) Thank you Dr Shipper and your lovely team Alicia, Pri and Lori. Highly recommend! It's worth it.

BMA HOUSE ENDODONTICS - Dr Guy Shipper and Dr Michelle Heffernnan Saved my life!! The only Practice in the whole of Sydney that has emergency appointments for patients in PAIN. I had the most severe toothache, my dentist saw me told me that I need to to go to a specialist for a root canal. I could not get into any specialist in the whole of Sydney for 6 weeks. The reception staff were so kind and calming, telling me to come immediately & one of the surgeons would see me immediately, when I called. Dr Guy Shipper diagnosed a more severe issue, he immediately got me into another specialist that afternoon. I can honestly say that without their kind and caring attitude of the wonderful staff in Dr Shippers practice the outcome could have been very different. The patient comes first attitude, is so wonderful. 100/100 CARE KINDNESS PATIENT COMES FIRST!!!

Very professional and principal driven individual with a huge amount of care towards his patient. I had issues with hot and cold sensitivity to my tooth. Dr Shipper took the time and care to test, isolate and assessed all the suspect teeth. He was clear, concise and transparent on the work needed to be done. He was able to fix my problem tooth within the estimated time provided. His staff were welcoming and friendly and a delight to interact with. I can’t believe I am saying this but I look forward to my follow-up appointment next year.

From reception staff, to Dr Shipper, this surgery is faultless. Surgery and reception area is extremely clean, they even go the extra mile to care for their patients by wearing all appropriate PPE... this makes you feel extremely safe. Clear communication from Dr Shipper, who always gives his honest opinion, and makes his diagnosis very clear.

I had an emergency case 2 months back and was really happy I contacted BMA house as I have been hearing good feedback and reviews to this place. Both Dr Shipper and Dr Heffernan were able to conduct successfully the treatment procedure I need to ensure my infection get treated. More so, I've always been comfortable coming to this place as the entire team are very warm and accommodating. In case, a family or friend would need to seek some medication in the future, I would definitely refer BMA House to them.

Recently had the pleasure of being seen by Dr Guy and his wonderful staff. I was in a lot of pain last week and they saw me in such short notice. Dr. Shipper is very nice, professional and efficient. Three months ago, I was in Australia and had an emergency tooth problem. I went to see a dentist and was referred to see Dr. Shipper. After three treatments, Dr Shipper fixed my problem tooth. When I came back to Canada, I visited my dentist and I was told that Dr. Shipper did a very good job on my tooth. My dentist said that he was glad I found a good doctor in Australia. I recommend Dr. Shipper to anybody who needs an endodontist.
