I visited Tampa for work and had a day off so decided to explore the downtown. Stumbled on Chez Faby for breakfast/brunch and I must say this place is simply amazing ! The food is very well prepared and served with pleasure. You can tell the the owners really care for the food (they represent French Cuisine in the most amazing way possible - though its only a small fraction of the cuisine but nonetheless , it doesnt cloud their star). The Egg Faby was so well made - the best poached egg and Hollandise sauce I've had). The people are friendly and love what they do and it shows ! Their flavors are subtle yet make you want more with every bite.
This is now a 'must visit' place for me when I visit Tampa.

Stumbled upon this restaurant while walking around. The atmosphere, the food and the service was outstanding! Loved everything here and I will come back to try the rest of the menu.

A great example of a small French cafe, serving well prepared dishes, boasting exceptional flavors. The Eleonore and Faby Benedicts were beautifully presented, with eggs poached just right and hollandaise sauce prepared to perfection. The traditional Crepe Lemon was thin, delicate, with a touch of lemony sweetness, and a satisfying way to end the meal. Having too many delicious options to experience in one visit, this is definitely a cafe to frequent often.

I loved the place, it’s a little small but it works perfect, the attention is good, the atmosphere is quiet and relaxed, the food is delicious, everything was excellent the black coffee French toast style more than delicious 🤤

I love Chez Faby every single time I go there. I am always greeted by the adorable teddy bear welcoming crew and then a happy smile from the staff. The food is phenomenal, and authentic. If you live, work or are visiting our Downtown area, check this place out. It is a gem!

Beautiful place! I'm very picky about coffee, but their coffee is just amazing! talked to the owner, it turned out that she is from Paris! The food is extremely delicious and healthy! Highly recommended! And will absolutely visit again and again!

We choose to come here every Saturday for breakfast, it is really delicious, very recommended a French restaurant, breakfast and salad especially recommended

The croque madame was amazing, fluffy bread layered with delicious ham, creamy béchamel, cheese, topped with a perfectly fried egg and enjoyed with a rich coffee. Friendly staff, will definitely stop by for lunch next.
