Morton's The Steakhouse

Came to this location for my birthday last night with my son who happens to be a local celebrity in the film industry as I am looking at alot of these low reviews on here it most certainly confirms our bad experience here I will not drag this out so I will get to the point Morton steakhouse you need to get to the bottom of why your cuts of meat are so poor you are surrounded by high end restaurants and for a 300.00 plus meal we could have went to capital grill ,Ruth Chris , Eddie V,s and enjoyed much higher quality steaks instead we chose you and were rewarded with Logan steakhouse quality dinners major disappointment and will not be returning if I were an owner of a Morton steakhouse I would be very embarrassed. better step your game up ownership

We had an amazing evening celebrating our anniversary. After a less than stellar visit in the past we decided to try again and we were definitely not disappointed! Our server Marisa was very attentive and the Manager Matthew made sure we had the very nice evening. The food was delicious and prepared as order. Won’t hesitate to come back.

Morton’s consistently provides a 5-star service and dining experience. We have celebrated our family members’ birthday’s at Morton’s in the past. Thank You to Morton’s for hosting my surprise birthday party this past weekend. A special thank you to Andrea, who coordinated with us, to get the date, times, room, and menu. The menu and service were top notch. All the guests loved the food and the ambiance. The hosting staff even were in on the surprise as I thought I’d be coming in for a dinner for 5 as they led me to the room for a table of 20! Thank you again for an unforgettable evening.

A little disappointed with our experience here. My first and last time for sure. The Ribeye Steaks were surprisingly tougher at medium-well temps compared to other high end and mid-range steak houses at the same temp. Presentation was uninteresting. The place also had a disturbing gas like smell. Not sure what it was. The only positive things were the bread, the ahi tuna poke appitizer and the nice waitress! Sorry for the negative review. Others may have different or better experiences!

When you pay for top notch, you expect such. You get what you pay for, our meal was not free, it should've been. The Steak was mediocre,as a steakhouse if nothing else comes out the kitchen the steak should be on point. $46.00 Lobster tail with no hot butter, why? They charge enough to give the essential butter warmer to you when you order a $50.00 Lobster. I won't even post my photos because you can't judge a book by its cover and my photos look way better than the food tasted. I must give credit where it is due the Prosciutto Wrapped mozzarella was good. I will post that.

I will say I tried it for the first time during shutdown for dining so it was all take out. However we did wait for it to get done no problem I want hot fresh food, and I dont expect it to be as great as in person but not too far off if its eaten immediately. The $79.00 Cajun Ribeye & $60 Ribeye steaks had not much flavor at all. I loved the scallops! 3 pieces of shrimp for $16.00 there was nothing special at all about these medium sized none flavorful shrimp. The lobster mac & cheese had 2 small pieces of lobster. Over all I am very disappointed in my $189.00 purchase. I won't go back. It wasn't about the price it was about the quality & flavor.
