Papa John's

The service was good i called for delivery and got my pizza 15 minutes the ETA. The food it's self is not good at all. I usually get papa romanos and i saw this papa johns so i decided to get delivery, yea definitely not the same quality pizza at all. I'm giving it one stars because although the service was good, the food it's self is way way below the taste and satisfaction of modern pizza chain restaurants.

This franchise started well years back but has gone down consistently since, unfortunately. Loved the flavor but now I get consistent dry looking pizza that doesn't meet the original order even when hot out of the oven. The driver's here speed and abuse Stop signs in the neighborhood and use it mostly as a cut-through. DANGEROUS! Driver's also show poor attitude to customers and manager does little if anything at all when a complaint is brought up. You would think with the competing Pizza joints in Troy, PJ's would take their brand more seriously.

That was a new experience for me. Never had a problem with ordering from a Papa Js. Got cussed out when I asked why I was being charged so much. If the $10 pizza deal ended so be it don't think that deserved getting cussed. Was funny though the guy called himself an idiot. Then wanted to give me his name since I hadn't asked for it. I guess laughing at him didn't help because then he wouldn't hang up the phone kept trying to pick a fight. Good for a laugh not for business.

Pizza is ok. Service is not helpful whatsoever. After ordering a pizza online and having a clear pricing error and asking about it, the response from the cashier was "Well, sign here". Apparently buying a pizza online is a contract and they don't want to break any pizza law. Ordered from them several times, only have messed up a few times.
