The taste is very good 🤤, We requested some of the "Chick-fil-A Sauce" which goes great with the sandwiches! It's great that you can request as much as you need and it will not change the overall price of your orders, that's much appreciated! We got to experience the order taking just like in vehicles on the drive tru, some staff members were reaching the line taking orders, which made the entire process quicker than usual 😎

Yummy chicken. I had grilled nuggets and they were great. No breading-yay! My side salad was twice what I needed.. And the waffle fries are tasty and hot. True Love had a chicken sandwich which he really likes. Drinks were typical: out of the machines. Ice tea was fresh. I drink unsweetened. Food was fixed quickly and delivered fast. Lots of smiles from order taking to delivery! The only reason for 4 stars - cost. Prices were not fast-food prices. Covid might have caused the increase.

I ordered fries on their mobile app. My card was charged and the app said they were making it, then it froze. I waited for 30 min until an employee would help me. Then i was told they didn’t have my order, and even though I showed them the charge on my card, they couldn’t give me my order without a receipt from the app which was frozen on my phone. This i wouldn’t have had a problem with, as it’s not the employees fault . But I was over talked and treated very rudely by the employees during this process. Eventually, after asking for a manager several times, I was able to speed to a manger who found my order and re-entered it. All in all, I waited about 50 min for an order of fries.

There are so many people who hype Chick-fil-A up, and frankly, I disagree because there is nothing hype about food that is not fresh after waiting for so long to receive your order. - Spicy Deluxe Sandwich and the Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich: Both sandwiches, I instantly noticed the greasy and soggy bun. The chicken appeared to be dark brown in color instead of the "golden brown" it shows on their menu and website. The chicken was dry and not fresh because there was no crisp to it. - Chick-n-Strips: These were somewhat decent because4 they were not as dry as the rest of the food I ordered. But it still could have been better. - Chick-fil-A Waffle Potato Fires: I do not like fires that are old, dry, and stiff. When waiting for such a long time for my order, it sets the expectation that the food will be fresh. But why is it I cannot have that same hyped Chick-fil-A as many others are having.
