Gino's Pizzeria

Awesome staff! Food is delicious and very reasonably priced. Fried chicken is fantastic (crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside) and the gyro tastes just like the ones in NYC. The chicken/lamb over rice is a big portion and I'll have at least 2 meals out of it. Will definitely be coming back!

Have ordered from them 4 times recently. The 1st time they forgot my pickles, and were very rude when my pregnant girlfriend wouldn’t eat the sandwich without them. (Pregnancy hormones man) it was a huge inconvenience to bring me pickles. Then today I ordered a sandwich and fries. The fries came cold and UNDERCOOKED. I’ve worked in fast food before... They told me it was “new frier oil” the fries were ice cold, almost hard. I’m two blocks away from the store. They brought my new fries, proceeded to inform me about the frier oil. Was rude and almost confrontational, how about you just bring me my fries, and not argue while I’m hungry waiting to eat them. Will not order from again.

The quality of the food has been slipping tremendously the last few years, and today was the final straw. I asked for two slices of pepperoni and the slices were nearly inedible. Both slices are old, dried up, hard, and overcooked. The crust is rock hard; the cheese is dried up and rock hard; the pepperoni is all dried up. This is absolutely disgusting and beyond unacceptable. I've been a loyal customer of Gino's for over ten years. I've ignored the much more popular I Love Pizza that is right next door, and I've been loyal to Gino's. Not anymore. Looks like I'll be bringing my business to I Love Pizza from now on. Serving pizza that looks like this to paying customers is simply absurd and insulting.

HORRIBLE customer service!!! I ordered my food online and specifically customized my order in the notes section. I asked for no onions and peppers on my sandwich. They delivered my food which had onions and peppers. I called to let them know my order was wrong and they delivered my food a second time which still had onions and peppers. I called the delivery driver back at that point and she informed me that she would stand with the cook to make sure my order was right. An hour passed and I still didn’t have my food so I called back and they told told me there is nothing they can do for me because they already brung me two meals ( WHICH I LET THEM KNOW ARE UNTOUCHED AND THEY CAN HAVE BACK) and they would not refund me my money! The manager had his employees LIE and say he left the store. If you still choose to eat here hopefully there are no problems with your order because THEY WILL NOT OWN UP TO THEIR MISTAKES AND FIX IT!! Gino’s does not care about their customers!!
