Lincoln Square Family Restaurant

The food is delicious and the service is friendly and fast! My husband always loves to get the fried perch and it is so good. We brought my father here last night as he was visiting Troy and he also loved the fried perch and liked the restaurant so much he wanted to go back for breakfast. We both got the farmers skillet and shared an order of French toast and everything was incredible! He liked the breakfast so much he wished he could have stayed another day to eat it again! We will be eating here more often!

We have been very happy with the staff and food up until tonight We arrived got seated clear back in the coldest booth in the place air coming through walls . Then we NEVER got waited on after Setting there freezing for 10 minutes and no one came. So if we would have ordered hot food guaranteed it would have Been cold sitting there if we would have received it promptly... Will not recommend....Thinking twice about returning..

Friday night was one of the worst experiences we’ve had here . Employees like Kimberly are the reason this place gets the bad reviews it does . One could safely assume Kimberly hates her job . She slammed our menus on the table then rolled her eyes as we told her our drink order . Working with the public , smiles are important. She never smiled , not once . The heavier sized server Sabra is just as rude cared more about her “regulars” than she did her other customers ( she was our server ) . Only good thing about our experience , the Food was delicious and there was one really sweet server apologized to us for the bad experience . Thank you Tanya for the apology and kind words as we were leaving . It is because of her we will consider returning .

I have had this spot hyped up dozens of times. Great service I hear, fantastic food. I received terrible service and mediocre food. Kimberly needs to find work outside of the service industry. She's unfriendly, cold and poorly kempt. I tried several times to strike a conversation because I could tell she was having a rough go at things. (Maybe it's her normal demeanor, but I hope not) she was having none of it. Everything was abrupt and frankly just rude. My food was generic, not worth revisiting. There are plenty of better restaurants in the area deserving of my time and money.

High quality food. Was expecting to be able to have breakfast at any time of day, but I guess for the crowd of senior citizens 11:00AM is clearly lunchtime. Times are tough but I think jamming in so many tables that I have to walk sideways to squueze to my table makes for an unpleasant dining experience. After hearing every word of conversations at tables next to me I said very little because if I can hear them I knew they could hear me.
