Brittney's Cakes

I am getting my wedding cake here. Our wedding is still to come but let me tell you about this process. Brittany sits down with you and really gives you the time to figure out what you want and makes sure you get what you dream of for a wedding. I came in with vague ideas and she helped me get to our end goal. It's such a stress free process I am grateful and we had such fun taste testing the cakes. Their lemon cake, OH we are still talking about it!

We purchased plain chocolate cupcakes with buttercream for our simple wedding ceremony, wanting to give our guests something to take with them since we didn't have a reception. Our guests were RAVING about the cupcakes and several bridesmaids said they were the best cupcakes they'd ever had, insisting that we must pay a visit to Brittney's Cakes the next time they visit Troy. My husband and I froze two of the cupcakes for our anniversary, but the odds are good they won't make it that long without being eaten. :) Thank you so much for these tasty treats that made our wedding day extra special!

We hired Brittney to make our wedding cake in 2020- and they were very flexible when we had to reschedule to this past weekend. Their cakes tasted absolutely amazing- all the guests raved about the almond cake- and the design was exactly what I had envisioned. We just did a small tiered cake and some sheet cakes to save on cost, and they had even marked in the sheet cakes where to slice. We last minute had to switch from pickup to delivery and they were very accommodating with that as well. Highly reccomend!

We absolutely loved our cakes! However both occasions we went to pick up our cakes and cookies the customer service was very poor and we were greeted with very rude attitudes. While understanding everyone has a bad day, the poor attitudes were a repeat occurrence! They’re cakes are great and they definitely know it but that is no excuse for poor customer service. We will sadly no longer continue business with this bakery.

I just picked up my daughters rainbow dash birthday cake. It turned out so amazing and my daughter flipped out when she saw the cake. Everything about the cake was great and was exactly what we had wanted. When i ordered the cake the lady who took the order was very nice and made sure she had all the correct info because we came in with 2 different picture's and wanted certain stuff off each one. This was like a dream cake for a little girl. So awesome! I'd give more stars if i could. We also come in and get the iced kid cookies. My children love them! I will be ordering another cake come January! Thanks so much for taking the time to do the cake for our little girl. I had to hide it as she wanted to cut into as soon as i showed her. :-)
