Zaxby's

Stopped at Troy Zaxby's and ordered two salads and requested one extra dressing. Got to drive through and girl at window was more interested in what was being said inside the restaurant. Finally told me price and took by card. Gave me order and I asked her was the extra dressing in there and she said yes. Something told me to check bag to make sure I got extra dressing. Sure enough it was not in there. The girl had walked across the restaurant so I honked my horn to get their attention. She looks at me and continues to look at phone in other girl's hand. Finally she returns and I tell her that I did not get the extra dressing. She said they did not charge me for one. So I gave her a quarter and she gave me the dressing. I should have checked my receipt because they had charged me for two extra dressings.

Other than the very slow drive thru service, the food is normally quality. When the inside is closed, the drive thru should be running fast. That is not the case here. Seems like they need to hire more people but I've seen 3-4 girls at the main window just waiting around for orders to come through the kitchen windows. Enterprise had this same issue, expect to wait 20-25 minutes in the drive thru and they cleaned house. They are running pretty smoothly now.

Dear Zaxby’s in Troy, AL. This is the 2nd time either myself or my husband have waited in a 25 minute drive thru line only to get to the window to order, and you’ve “discontinued a product” WITHOUT any form of advertisement that said product is discontinued. I understand this is very much so a 1st world issue that I’m complaining about, but I felt compelled to write this review because it’s quite frustrating to sit in line waiting to order for that length of time, only to get to the window and you’ve discontinued your fried pickles and months ago the Caesar salad option, with NO forms of notice or advertisement. This might just be a local thing I’m not sure but can we do better? I’d also like to be clear that I’m not frustrated with a single employee that was working during those 2 instances, just annoyed that you couldn’t let the people know you literally don’t have the one product that someone is waiting in line for. Thanks

Spent five minutes trying to navigate the app in order to place an order only to be told at the very last step that they weren’t taking orders until the next morning. Try to call in an order and was rudely told that I would have to come to the drive-through. Went to the drive-through where vehicles were wrapped around the building to the exit for the drive-through. After waiting 15 minutes and being two cars from the speaker they turned off all the lights and shut down the the drive thru at 7:36 PM. Sign says they’re open until 10pm. Placed my order online with SONIC and the food was ready when I pulled up.
