One star!!! Why is this subway even open still???? The girl that made our food was eating SUBWAY cookies in front of us and acted like she didn’t want to make our food for one. Two, I asked for my food to be toasted and expected to be hot when I ate it and it wasn’t. Three, the cookies my husband and I got are overcooked!! Definitely not a good place to go to anymore!!!! 😡😡😡😡

Online and clearly marked on the door were the stores hours. The woman inside ignored us until I finally spoke up after she ignored the phone ringing multiple times and then told us she wasn't open yet an hour and a half after listed hours

Love the service! Always prompt, friendly, curtious, apologetic (when they are out of something), speedy and generous with the toppings! The only complaints I have is they always run out of the steak so I end up having to change my order, they quit making the pizza sub or no longer train employees how to make the very simple sandwich and the tables have been sticky (so now I always take my food to go).

Don't expect good service. When i entered there was talking from the back. Nobody came out so I was about to ring the bell when I saw a not taped by the bell that read,
'Please do NOT ring the bell unless:
*You have been waiting for more than ten seconds
*If you know EXACTLY what you want.
They took their time making my sandwich.
And they didn't have bread or veggies prepped. The veggies that were prepped looked and tasted old.

I did an online order and waited 30 minutes to arrive and the lady said she did not fix it . I am working and have to be back at work ASAP . Also they were out of salad bowls which was a bummer

No employees in the store. They were outside smoking and left the store unattended. I waited 30 minutes, no one showed. Worst Subway experience ever. I will never patronize this location again.

The employees are great. However numerous bad experiences with drink machine being down/empty, rotten vegetables, online orders getting forgotten and not refunded, constant employee rotation in and out shows how poorly the franchise owner manages his business. Convenience of location is the only reason I go there and now I flat out refuse to give it any more of my business. Not when publix is down the road and excels with food safety I can trust at pretty much the same price.
