Cracker Barrel

I order from here multiple times a week, and usually the food is ready and correct with the time of pickup on their website. However, the past couple of weeks it seems like the person preparing the salads is having issues. A chef salad is twice the price of a house salad because it comes with meat on it. Within two weeks now I've ordered a chef's salad with no croutons/no bacon. The salad I get is just a larger sized house salad and bacon still added. I work nights so returning to get order corrected is not an option. Please check on the people making to go orders and have someone ensure the order is correct before being placed for pickup.

Thought I would give Cracker Barrel a chance for breakfast. The store and staff were observing the covid safety guidelines. The staff seated me quickly. I needed creamer, that she got immediately. My order came out before I could finish my hot tea. The waitress refilled my hot water without being asked. Breakfast was great. I will be returning.

This is not the first time I ate at the place a matter of fact that's the fourth time I never have it bad experience in a cracker barrel they are nice to a drivers more drivers I mean when you take it take a group there the company meal and as well appreciate it. Even saw this time I was comp for my meal.. the food it was terrible I asked for a steak medium rare and it was well done the . And I got all everything and one time my salad my bread my soda and my meal in the same time. I think he had to come with the waitress . It was not experience so I think the whole thing it was messed up by him not for anybody else.. But anyways well appreciated and I always stop in a cracker barrels.

Oddly, we went for the store but stayed for dinner. A surprising selection of nice clothes among the tourist trinkets. Dinner was good country fare, but staff was obviously new to the job. I've heard the managers are not very nice to the staff, which may have contributed to the stiff demeanor. Cracker Barrel is always on my list when traveling.
