Burger King

Food was fine but it took nearly an hour to get it. We ordered dinner for 3 people as takeout. There appeared to be plenty of staff, but the kitchen was absolute chaos and all the rest were standing around waiting for drive through orders. It's hard not to be angry when you are hungry. We were traveling and were very disappointed it added so much time to our trip. We just wanted to pick up quick dinner.

Would have given them -5 stars if possible. Was just in the drive thru gave them my order then the girl comes back on the mic and says she didn't get what I said she was being messed with by a coworker, and of course was giggling. I finally gave her my order and pulled up. While waiting I noticed a guy come out the back door and sit beside it for a smoke break. No biggie, right? Well......a few minutes later while I was still waiting in line he brings out a customer's food who had to pull to the side and had to wait...and the guy who was on smoke break was STILL SMOKING when he handed them their food. The Public Health Dept needs to close this place down its nasty. I hate living in Troy because of garbage like this.

Hit and miss at the Troy spot. My grandmother wanted some chicken fries which she always gets so I was going to grab her some and run it out to her but they were waiting on the truck to get there another words didn't have any. So I ordered her chicken nuggets and for some reason with no one in line but me took 10 minutes but all is good though.

So when taking a order they really need to slow down and listen to the person ordering their foods and don't rush!! Even after telling them my order 4 times it was still messed up and the fries were cold. Come on now just slow down and listen. I paid for my time to place a order so spend that time listing g and getting it right!!

This is based on one trip to bk 2 days ago. I ordered a double quarter lb cheeseburger. That was what bk website said they had at that location. I ordered it and they said they didn't have it. After several minutes they finally FOUND the button I guess. I ordered with smooth bun. BK has the worst dry crumbly seeded buns and they fall apart half way through. You talk about dry meat. That cow must have been dragged through the Sahara and then squeezed through a set of rollers to make sure every ounce of fat or water was completely removed. It was bad. My wife had to peel apart the burger, drop it in melted butter and then microwave it to heat it up. Then season it to give it some other or more flavor. DEAD MEAT WALKING!
