Little Caesars

The manager Janelle is very unpleasant and unprofessional, she doesn't know how to talk to people and will be reported for the way she handled a mistake made on her staffs part. I received the wrong order, after being left on hold for 8 minutes and calling back she asked me to drive back to the restaurant for a swap, when I declined and asked for any other options, she proceeded to talk to me like I'm a kid,saying things like she's not playing games with me and talked over me, and then hung the phone up on me. I called back, she answered and immediately went right back into yelling over me, repeatedly saying the Corporate number and hung up again. Also at one point between the yelling she told me the mix up was my boyfriend's fault for not checking the order, taking absolutely no accountability for the oversight. This lady is bad representation and needs to be held accountable. Also while she had me on hold, I heard her screaming at her staff like they were not people who deserved respect, the same way she spoke to me.

Stopped in today to pick up an online order. I gave the female employee the name and she only brought me the pizza and 2 literally Pepsi. I told her what was missing and she responded If its not on here you're not getting it. Horrible service and I'm totally disgusted with the lack of politeness and professionalism lately. Make some positive changes, please.

When i walked in lobby was full with no one at the counter. The store manager was yelling to someone about the work shift. The whole lobby could here the conversation she was very disrespectful to her staff. And did not care no one was being helped. I yelled hello to get someone attention and was met with a rude tone yelling back at me. So now there is screaming match happening. A customer vs the "manager" . If she is she need more training on customer service. Or to be put into a zoo.

CRAZY LIKE A FOX: The moment I saw the Crazy Calzony for sale I thought to myself, GENIUS! But then I thought, how good could it really be? Yes.. it's a combination of cheese, pepperoni, parmesan, and garlic white sauce, all wrapped in a golden calzone-like blanket. Throw in some marinara sauce, and that seems like a recipe for success. And when I took my first bite I realized.. the hype is real! BOOM!! If a garlicy, buttery, cheesy, pepperoni folded pizza is something you've always dreamed of, well Little Caesars just made your dream come true!!

Ordered via the app, said would be ready in 26 minutes. Wasn't ready until an additional 38 minutes later. Finally got back to the hotel with the pizzas and found they were uncooked with gooy crust underneath. Look at the photo, they were a mess! Worst Little Caesar's we've experienced in our travels. They send out trash.

We just moved to the Tucker area! One of the nice things we received in the mail from the community was a welcome packet with coupons and other discounts. One of the coupons was for a free large pizza from Little Ceasars at this lication. There were a few things from the jump that gave me pause before entering the store that I may not have moved forward with purchasing any items from there had not it been for the free pizza coupon. The location inside the plaza was very rundown and needs a facelift and the store itself on the outside wasn't appealing to the eye. What I did love about the store was as I entered it, I immediately looked for the rating from the board of health on the wall. This store scored a prefect 100! Now, it took a minute for the young lady who took my order to actually do my order because after she rang the two customers that were ahead of me, she asked me to wait. She literally was working on a hand held computer (for perhaps a call in order) for about 3-5 minutes before coming back to assist me with my order and the two other people behind me. I provided her the coupon, she sucks her teeth and mumbled I don't know how to do this. Yelled as she walked away for a woman who came from the back out to ring me up. I've never had Little Ceasars before and don't necessarily think I'd go back ... especially not to this location. The pizza itself was hot & ready as it was pulled right from the oven door they sit the pizzas in. When we got home and tasted it, it wasn't memorable ... morseo a bland taste but I am thankful for the free gift.
