Buffalo Wild Wings

Seriously just had the worst experience of my life! We have always ordered food to go and every single time we come to pick up, we are waiting a minimum of 15 minutes or more. Our experience this time though took the cake of the worst of the worst. We decided to dine in this time. Our waiter was extremely rude. We were ordering wings and I was asking about the amount you can order and how many sauces you can pick. She was very short and said she could just come back when we were ready. We actually were ready but needed to know the answer so we could tell her what we wanted properly. I told her that we were ready and after taking our food order, she asked if we wanted to order any beer. We verified what kind we wanted and as I went to tell her, I saw she had just walked away. To top it all off, we waited for over 30 minutes for our food. We saw 4 other tables who came in and order after us all get their food while we still didn’t have any. We had little just ordered wings. That was it. We asked how much longer it would take because we have been waiting for so long. She said and I quote, “they will bring it out whenever it’s ready”. She came back 10 minutes later and said they were getting the sauce on them. No apologize nothing. At this point we just told them never mind and asked for the check for the drinks we had gotten and left. We will no be back! If you value your time, I advise you to go elsewhere.

It has been years since we have eaten at a Buffalo Wild Wings. However, the one here in Tullahoma is great and we have been back SEVERAL times. I rates it 4 stars simply because they were super busy, our waiter waiter was so friendly but he was a little to spread thin (I think).. They we're busy and our food was not hot when it come out. Again I attribute it them being busy with 2 or 3 large groups. I frequent 2 or 3 times a month at lunch and the kitchen is slow, then as well, but service staff is much more attentive (probably due to business is slower than in the evening). Food is always good!! This evening we both had their boneless wings and they were so good. In previous visits I have had their buffalo chicken wrap - SUPER TASTY and another visit I have had their ultimate nachos - VERY PLEASED. Overall, we will continue to come back and recommend this B-Dubs!!
