Rubytuesday

The server was very nice and I’m also in the restaurant industry so I know how stressful it can be and some people who leave bad reviews based off the server doesn’t understand, but that always isn’t the case. For my own personal experience I love ruby Tuesday I do recommend it, my only concern was the steak, steaks are hard to cook. It was medium rare and not medium but I’m very impressed by our male waiter.

I can't give a lower review. We came and the service was good at first even though it took forever to get our drinks. She took our appetizer plate before we were done. My pasta came out literally rubber and they forgot the sauce. Didn't order anything to replace it because my boyfriend had already finished his food. $43 dollars for basically nothing. Gotta love it.

The food was good, exception being a baked potato ordered came to table cold enough that butter would not melt. Had to send it back to be more thoroughly heated. Service was very good. Server was attentive to needs and requests, and I feel she exceeded expectations. The biggest issue experienced here was comfort in area seated. The room temp was so cold, both my wife and I had to wear our coats to be remotely comfortable. Keeping this in mind, food also got cold much sooner than anticipated… so we felt rushed to eat our meal. Hate to complain, but it was what it was.

My husband and I visited the Tullahoma, TN Ruby Tuesdays' tonight and we were so surprised.... the salad bar was so fresh and plentiful. We have not actually seen a true Salad Bar since Covid. Absolutely Delicious!!! The service was the absolute best service we have encountered in a very long time. Vivian greeted us with a beautiful smile, attitude and willingness that we just haven't seen. She was so refreshing and engaging. The drinks and appetizers were point on. And .... they have an email.program that saves you instantly while saving you on daily, weekly and special occasions. In the current situation that America is faced with daily, it was wonderful to walk in to the taste and friendliness of the past..... we will absolutely be back!!!! Thank you so much.

I would have given it a 5; if it weren't for the service. Our waitress was rude from the minute we sat at the table. She took forever to bring us our drink. Other waitresses were the ones giving us our food and asking if we needed anything else. She wanted to take the credit from the other employees. When we were paying, she made a face cause we didn't tip her and she walked away with an attitude. Would visit again if I didn't have her as my waitress.

The last time we will eat here. Dirty utensils, no lettuce on bar, had to ask for it and then guy comes out and dumps it on top of brown bits in bottom of bowl on bar. Meat comes out and 1 of us ask for well done and 1 medium well. Both were medium well. Asked for more tea, poured tea and no ice. Just hot tea and had to ask for cups of ice. All around bad experience. Don't waste your money.
