Dunkin'

It’s hard to complain about this particular Dunkin’. It’s open 24 hours, it’s got a parking lot and an outdoor seating area, it’s also a Baskin Robbins (nice selection of ice cream cakes here). The only downside is… well, it’s Dunkin’. Don’t expect the best latte of your life here. But if you need to get your coffee fix and a quick bite, it’s the place to go.

I bought a bagel with egg and cheese and an iced coffee light and sweet. I came home, the bagel was burnt black, it was unedible. So the person who made it saw it was black and thought it would be ok to serve that to someone? Then we get to the coffee, which doesn't taste like coffee. It's like coffee flavored water, it was terrible. Forget ordering any coffee light n sweet. They refuse to give you extra sugar n cream, this place is terrible.

Staff old be more friendly and they should staff should also smile more often. As well as "greet/thank" their customers! Customer service is in the gutter here. "Hello how are you, what can I get for you today " "thank you , have a nice day". "You can pick your order up at next window" "thank you for your PATIENCE" %%%(after waiting in line for 25 minutes to order a coffee)"!! Instead all you get is a stare and asked "sugar"? "Cream"? Then your told how much to pay! MANAGEMENT wake up!

Refused to make a purchase after I discovered that they will not allow customers to use the restrooms. I was on a trip, 9 hours from home and thought it was wrong when they announced only employees could use their restroom, there for no one could wash their hands before eating during covid19. The owners should really think this through a little better. Ended up going to McDonald's and the customer service was excellent, they bought our food to the table. Purposefully asked to use the restroom, an employee unlocked the door for me, nice.
