Buffalo Wild Wings

I took my mom there for Mother’s Day this year. We was waiting at Texas Roadhouse. That’s what I originally wanted it. And my mom love Texas roadhouse. So we decided to come to Buffalo wild wings. The server was really trash Normally every waitres when they take order down they normally write something down. she didn’t write anything down . And she seemed like she was having a bad day but it seems like she wasn’t happy her job and I asked for a Coke it didn’t even taste like a Coke and I Wave another waitress down and I told her what was going on and she came back and give me another drink and told me that they don’t have Coke they only have Pepsi. I remember last year of Mother’s Day there was very friendly waitress. I’m not ever come back here again Buffalo wild wings you guys need to hire someone. Who is friendly and can do their job. And I have to ask the guy in front for the bill. This place is just really trash they need to upgrade their employee. I understand is Mother’s Day and most people don’t want to work. Or if you’re having a bad day you shouldn’t be taking it out on someone.

First time dining at BWW and it was really good. They had a bogo special so we ordered 10 and received 10 free with 3 different flavor choices. The server recommended the cheese curd appetizer. I loved the app bc it had a flavored ranch dipping sauce and a carmel sauce. It was like 2 apps. the Ranch to start then the Carmel for desert. The carmel sauce taste like a funnel cake when you dipped it. Surprisingly it was amazing.

I have been picking up to go orders from this restaurant many times, and my order was never ready at time requested. I usually have to wait for 40 minutes or more. The staff is rude and doesn't seem to care how long you have to wait. I only go here because my kids like their wings. It's incredibly frustrating.

They chose to ignore our party of 5 people right from the start. No one came to take our order for 30 minutes. When I asked for someone this rude lady kept saying "I see you" 4 times and she kept serving everyone else, even other people who came after us. Somehow I feel it was racism on her part as we were the only people not according to her "standards".

My go to place for wings has always been BWW. I am not finding the place to be losing it's touch. The focus was around the game and how quickly they could get us out and someone else on our table. 'Do you need anything else?' Let's get to the wings and fries. The fries were soggy... #OldFries. I remember when they used to be crisp and with the right amount of salt to make it inviting. The wings - the flavors are cool but they were super over done. The chicken wasn't peeling off in your mouth, it was breaking off.
