Applebee's

Service was excellent but I can’t say the same for the food.. yuck. my food wasn’t even hot, it was barely warm like it had been sitting for a while. Tasted so extremely salty I couldn’t even finish it. Mashed potatoes were the only thing that was decent. Even the drinks were nasty. Couldn’t order tea because they said it’s coming out nasty, soda was flat. Love our server Ashley, she was very sweet she’s really amazing. But not going back here again.

This was, hands down, the dirtiest restaurant I've ever eaten in. The bathrooms were worse than any truck-stop I've ever visited, the carpet was matted black and stickier than the floor of a movie theater, the booths were so small we couldn't get in or out of them. The couple at the table behind us had to send their draft beers back because there was... something...floating in both glasses. The service & good were good but the conditions there were truly appalling.

They place was pretty empty except the waiting area. We were told 30 minutes and had to wait an hour. We had two children with us so they were not happy. We looked at the menu while we were waiting so as soon as the waitress asked for the drinks we ordered our food because it was going to be awhile of course. At the end it took 2 and a half hours between getting seated and eating. The only thing I can say is it was a good thing that the kids had their electronics with them or it would have been way worse on us parents.

Waited 10 min after my pickup time with curbside. The dish was the new hot Cheeto cheese curds. What I received was cold cheese curds with hot Cheetos crushed in top. The chips weren’t even recently crushed. They too were soggy. I’ve came to this restaurant a few town since moving to UC and am regularly underwhelmed, all around.

Quite possibly the worst experience we've ever had at what is called a restaurant! 5 people, two ordered soup and salad, one ordered cheese sticks, one ordered Bourbon Street steak with broccoli and garlic mashed potatoes, the last ordered Bourbon Street chicken and shrimp with garlic mashed potatoes. Both bowls of soup were refrigerator cold, the steak was burned on the outside, raw in the inside, the chicken was so strong of seasoning, everyone could smell it! The music speaker was over our heads blaring the most vulgar lyrics we'd ever heard! Something like "sweat dripping down my balls", the MF word and others repeated over and over! It was offensive and we had two at our table under 16 years of age. We asked the waitress to please turn it down. She said she would try, but did not. We told the waitress the soup was cold and that the two other meals did not get both their side dishes. She said that made her mad for her customers to get bad food and the kitchen would hear about it! She came back with an $81.00 ticket and said have a blessed night! We found that all refills were charged as a new drink for $2.95 each! Old food was nestled in the back of the booth where we sat. The table and seats were so sticky we stuck to them. It had been 15 years since we'd been to an Applebee's and this reminded us of why! We will make a report to the Health Department for the raw food, food not at proper temperatures and the nasty table. We will also report to the proper authorities of the vulgar music playing over the heads of children! We would have had a better experience at the local bar!

We sat here for 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged us or took our drink order and that was after i said something to someone walking by after i saw servers on their phone and gathering together talking to eachother. The server that decided to take our drink order had an attitude about it. Waited another 30 mins for our appetizer to get to our table. Ordered steak medium it came well done, spinach dip was cold and chips very stale, broccoli extremely salty, just overall gross. Im extremely disappointed and the management really needs to get it together or someone else needs to take over. Ive never had such a bad experience at this Applebee's.

The waitress was so rude. She completely ruined my 7th anniversary meal. It took forever to order our food and even get our drinks. She would just run to the table drop off napkins that we never asked for and run off. Never even giving us time to ask if we could go ahead and order our food. When after almost an hour of waiting She finally took our order, when I was in the middle of asking my husband if he wanted chips and queso She just ran off so we just let go of even ordering that. I would completely understand sort of if the restaurant was packed and busy, however it was just us and 1 other table. So basically there was no excuse for her abundantly rudeness and pure total laziness. We never received refills even after asking when we got our meals. We drank our drinks before our meals even came out and was still not given refills. It took forever to even order our food and to receive our food.. The guy that brought our food out wasn't even our waitress. We were even brought out an empty ketchup bottle. The table behind us was dirty the entire time, giving the ants and flies something to eat. When I walked back to the bathroom I noticed our neglect was due to the waitress being to stuck on her phone. There was ants crawling on my booth and dead bugs all in the window and some on the table. The waitress had black hair, young, and white mostly rude and should have called in that day to stay on her phone. She could have at least used her time wisely and helped cleaned the restaurant...or at least done her job and took care of us. We spent $50 I wish we took our date to mcdonalds instead at least it is clean at mcdonalds and they do their job. Will never go back, and basically will let everyone that will listen about my experience.
