Our Pizza hut #101 on Lithia pincrest has constantly failed to cut the pizza as ordered Into Squares when asked. This time they schredded the pizza into normal cut and then again into squares.

Ordered curbside. They didn't bring it out even after I called to notify my arrival. The pizza did not have that signature Pizza Hut flavor. Must have been an off night. Either way, I won't return to this location.

I was expecting food to be hot and enjoyable. Instead I received food that was mediocre to say the least. These types of things make it hard for me to support eateries. With the pandemic and life being as chaotic as they are, a better job is required. Simple.

The order was delivered to curbside and put into my car. As I drove away, it occurred to me that the 2 liter soda that was part of the order was not there. The cheese sticks I ordered were there but there was no sauce for the cheese sticks. Also, no pepper flakes or parmasan packets, as I am accustomed to receiving from Pizza Hut. So I had to return to the restaurant in heavy traffic in order to get the parts of my order that were missing. So what you can do is to have processes in place that enable your employees to be aware of what an order includes and to be accountable to ensure correctness in order to keep their jobs.

decent pizza from an old stand by ... fast delivery compared no another chain where they take upwards of an hour using a Door Dash driver. Pizza Hut had it to us on Halloween night in 35 minutes using their own drivers we will be back

I ordered delivery from this store tonight. 1 large pizza and 8 wings. The pizza was fine but the wings were completely raw. I ate one before realizing this. I called the store and they told me they would send me 8 more wings and they never came. Got sick from the wing that I did eat. Will not order from this store again.
