Excellent experience. Pretty standard Nandos. Had a problem with are initial order. Spoke to the staff who went above and beyond to sort it out and more. Left very happy. Customer service was excellent didn't know it existed in this day and age. Turned a small mistake into a chance to create customer loyalty. Well done. Don't normally give 5 stars for food chains.

My husband came to pick up our order which he received in a takeaway bag thinking the drinks where in with the food only to have to go back in for the drinks to be given a small coke when I ordered him a large and were missing our toddlers apple juice. His chips along with our toddlers chips and were raw and inedible and the bacon in my husbands food was also raw. Pretty unhappy with today we spent almost $60 on our food and had been excited all week to get it as a treat only to be disappointed.

Been to this joint twice and both time very good.
A bit more pasting on the chicken when cooking them but that's a small thing.

We visited Nandos today at 4pm ordered a whole chicken and one side. Food came quickly and was cooked to perfection. The guy that served us was super friendly.

Very tasty chicken . Sweet potato chips were a little soggy and ordered peri peri and got normal. Lady behind counter very courteous and friendly. Overall a good feed
