Vocelli Pizza

If you like rubber bands order the pizza rolls. I found a nice stretchy one in mine. Besides that the food is okay. Won't be ordering again though. Hopefully the rubber band didn't come off someone's braces, or hair.. Thanks I love spending 50$ on a bunch of food and finding out that I might find random things in it.

Greetings, I've been a Vocelli Pizza customer for 4 years. I have no complaints as it relates to the food and/or delivery personnel. However, my experience with the customer service/management over the past 6 months has been disappointing. My orders have either been delivered wrong, late or incomplete. When I call the store directly the manager appears to be overwhelmed and responds as though its my fault. The wrong order he offered to credit my cc for the wrong items that were delivered. I never received a credit to my cc. When my order delivery was 20 minutes late I was told the email I received that reports my order is out for delivery is a formality, they were running behind and my food should soon arrive and hung up. Ten minutes later my food arrived luke warm. My last order was delivered incomplete. I called and got the song and dance of an offer to a credit my cc again with an attitude. I declined the offer and requested the driver deliver the items I ordered and paid for. The driver did return with my items. I gave Vocellis Pizza 2 stars, their food is good and the delivery personnel are polite and friendly. My desire would be for Vocelli Pizza HQ to view this message and correct the customer service/management issues.
