Rudy's Tacos

60 bucks for food I could have made better at home 6 bucks for chips and cheese that is literally just chips microwaved with shredded cheese on them then got a small combo so much lettuce and tomatoes couldn't even find where one part started and another ended so just ended up stirring it all together because it was just soggy and fell apart. No queso no sour cream no salsa what the heck. Meat tasted unseasoned and dry. Definitely will not go back.

Rudy's is the embodiment of identity crisis. Marionette adorn the entirety of the ceiling, yet the dining room tables has an early diner feel. It is a taco/more authentic Mexican restaurant yet the music was doo-wap... which I guess was to cater to the aging population that frequent here. The food was TERRIBLE. I don't know if anyone there knows what seasoning is, but the beef is. O more than browned hamburger. No cumin, no red pepper or taco seasoning. Not even any salt! It was bland as heated cardboard. If you order anything with shredded chicken, they use refried beans heavily as a filler. I was very disappointed. Especially for a such as we paid. I could have ordered a package from Amazon, used a shredder on the box, threw the shredded cardboard in a pan with a little beef fat, then put it in a tortilla and it would be the same, and much cheaper.
