Charlie Brown's Steakhouse

Came to try this place for the first time, not knowing what to expect. Pulled up to the parking lot, and it was relatively empty. Which I though to be strange due to the time we came in. Once inside it just felt a little dingy, our server was okay, don’t really have any complaints about him. The food, the food left much to be desired. For the prices I thought it was safe to assume we would be having really good steak. My steak was absolutely tasteless, and not from lack of their seasoning. But the steak itself tasted like a frozen steak. The loaded mashed potatoes I got with my meal were not good either. The bacon bits on the loaded mashed potatoes tasted like greasy coal from how over cooked they were. Needless to say I will not be coming back, the food is definitely not worth the money, and neither is the atmosphere.

My husband and I sat in the bar lounge, server was attentive and food came out fast, and they were busy! I also love the availability of coupons, so we can have an affordable and delicious meal. My only complaint is the hostess. She came off pretty cold and unwelcoming, making me wait to give my name while she organized menus the servers dropped off. I think they need to have 2 people on busy nights, we waited 5 minutes just to put our name on the wait list because no-one was at the host booth.

This restaurant had excellent food. In fact the farmers market salad bar was so good we almost filled up on it before are food got to the table. The farmers market salad bar has a variety of different foods that make you want to come back again. In fact, I ate so much of the salad bar that I took home my loaded baked potato. As I speak this I am about to eat it now as a matter of fact! We knew that would be a 15 minute wait, and I would say that was about accurate for how long we waited.remind you there's not a lot of space for people to wait in this restaurant with me makes for a very crowded wait. I recommend downloading the Charlie Brown app for going here as you will get a free appetizer when you. Just remember that appetizer value is only up to$11, and there are two appetizers that are not included. All and all although a little more expensive than some restaurants, the food was excellent quality in our server was attentive and detailed.
