Soho House West Hollywood

When I walked in Staff welcomed me with open hearts and arms and I'm appreciative Everytime I see them. Congratulations on your new locations I'll have to pull up to DTLA and WEHO again. What an experience I popped a few bottles of Champagne 🍾 to celebrate celebration vibes and ordered Tacos and Burritos lite bites on rooftop and for hearty meal dine at the lower level of SOHO HOUSE ik talking steak and patatos and in good company with memebes and guests flowing throuout the entire club.

The chef wasn’t sure if everything in the kitchen has been cross contaminated with fish and since I have fish allergies after consulting the waiter and chef and receiving the response above, I ended up eating a salad with croutons and no dressing because the chef wasn’t certain of how to respond to fish allergies or whether there was fish in the Caesar dressing. The dining experience described above is pretty problematic for a restaurant of this quality and scale. Other than that it’s a really nice social setting, drinks are great and the screening room and restaurant spaces are some of the most comfortable and well designed spaces in the city. It would be great if this house also had a pool or gym like some of the others, but it’s good enough for a night of glamour and socializing.

The rumors are true yes the service is horrific, the space is gorgeous and the food is mid. I come here regularly, sometimes to work, sometimes for dinner. The restaurant definitely requires a reservation, and even when you have a reservation I’ve always had to wait at the bar, no matter how early I show up. The restaurant area is beautiful, surrounded with fantastic views, and faux trees to set the mood. Food is hit or miss. Miso shishito peppers - yes, sweet and unique sauce. Rainbow carrots - no. Overdone, burnt. Chicken - yes. Crispy skin and tender Salmon - no. Dry and flavorless. For the bar area, I’ve found a table to sit and have waited an hour+ on a Wednesday night for someone to take my order and eventually left.

As the author of an egg cookbook, I always love trying egg-centric dishes when I eat out. The filet mignon with bearnaise sauce didn't disappoint. Both were expertly prepared. Flavorful, perfectly seasoned. The Parmesan truffle fries were crispy and the perfect balance of flavors as well. Beautiful space with amazing views. The Eton Mess (first time I've ever seen that on any menu anywhere) was delicious. The perfect ending to the meal. The service was top notch as expected.
