Dunkin'

I am very disappointed in this location, I have been going here for almost half a year. The staff seemed nice, however today I stopped by...International Coffee Day. And was treated with such disrespect, the staff and manager-Elizabeth were very rude. I had my app for the free coffee but was having trouble retrieving the code. They wouldn't help nor make an exception but stare and I ended paying for my coffee. Including my order was ready but I wasn't told till I looked at my receipt number and walked out. I will definitely not return there and also not recommend anyone to go there.

One of the best anti-Starbucks joints around. Coffee drinks are well-made & still fairly priced - unlike the other coffee chain that insists on peddling its dopey politics along with its heinously priced mud. The nice folks who run this little shop would rather personally service their grateful, loyal customers than profile every person walking in or driving thru their doors like the Seattle-based miscreants around every corner. Do yourself a huge favor and grab a delicious Dunkin beverage next time your peers insist on an over-priced political Vente of whatever. Thank me anytime, friends.

The cashier got my order all wrong, I ordered five bagels and she ended up only giving me three and when I asked for the rest of my order, she had the audacity to reply back and say it was the tax total. On top of that I ordered cream cheese on the side and they messed up an easy task like that. Horrible customer service, I DO NOT recommend this Dunkin.

This particular Dunkin Donuts location has careless costumer service. They do not care about making your order correctly. The communication by the staff of the orders is very poor. I almost always avoid this Dunkin Donuts store, unfortunately today I stopped in and surprise surprise, they made the coffee order wrong and the coffe itself was very watered down. When I asked them to remake it for me the they did and still couldnt get it right. All of the other Dunkin Donuts around, for example the one off of Lake and Waukegan or Willow and Northfield Rd. Or Dempster and gross point, I order the same coffee and when I go to these locations the coffee tastes like it should and there are consistencies between these different locations. But this store on Lake and Skokie is simply the worst. Avoid spending your money here if you dont want to be disappointed. Very very frustrating.

I normally dont mention negative points. But man horrible customer service. When I asked the guy to change my coffee because he made it too sweet, he took it to the back , came back and gave me the cup, with an attitude, the “coffee” tasted straightup like water, by this time I was already in my car. So I had to throw it away. If you have attitude issues this is clearly not the right job for you. Never going there again😷
