Both the cheese steak, and the fries were really good! Only issue was the amount of pepper on my fries. Not sure why they sprinkled so much, but after I scraped it off..they were good.

Their food can be a hit or a miss at times. Their club sandwiches, breaded chicken wings, cheese steaks, pasta dishes and pizzas are usually GOOD. Their salads are HORRIBLE, there were several of times the salads were either old, spoiling or wilted. The customer service definitely needs improvement. The guy who they said was the manager who took my delivery order over the phone was very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL.

We had a very pleasant experience today. It was a little after the lunch rush, and they made a fresh pizza for our slices. The Greek salad was fresh as well.

My husband and I ordered from Pats pizza and the food was beyond terrible. We ordered cheeseburger French fries, onion rings , mozzarella sticks, and Buffalo wings.... All the food was cold and soggy and the mozzarella sticks were frozen on the inside... I call to get it corrected and they rush me off the phone...They called me a girl ...Run do not eat from here .....They will make you catch food poison

I actually love their food. The location is very convenient for me as well. But the owner was so incredibly rude to me. He spoke very inappropriately to me. Then hung up on me 2ce. I will not be going there again. Such a shame, thought I found my new favorite spot 👎

Bad customer service. A gentleman answered the phone. I asked for delivery and started to place my order and asked if this is Claymont he said "No you figure it out" and hung up in my ear. I just thought that was very rude regardless if I made the mistake of calling the wrong store. They should be professional at all time.

There was an issue with my online order and the manager was so rude to me when I was speaking to him. I was polite and calm and he was nasty and would not allow me to speak. I just wanted to try to find a resolution and he refused to even listen.

I don’t know what’s going on with the breaded chicken but they are the saltiest wings I have ever tasted in my life and it’s not a one time thing, it’s every time. I will never order their wings again. How do you get an instant headache from chicken wings?
