This location is usually great. Friendly staff, fast service. When I have rarely had an issue it was made right without hesitation. Glad to have a good Pizza Hut located near me.

I placed online order & wait time was about 30 minutes. Went to pickup & there were only 2 employees and we were told it would be at least another hour before our order would be ready. Cancelled order and had frozen pizza at home. Normally not the experience with this location but will be awhile before I attempt another order here.

I love Pizza Hut. I love the pizza, the sauce, the brownie dessert. The staff at the Hickory Tree location are extremely nice and very attentive to their customers.

Pizza Hut Pan pizzas used to be delicious. Now...not so much. Is it the ingrediants that have become tasteless, or was it that my pizza was not prepared how I ordered it. I will use a local pizzeria from now on.

Pizza was great. Delivery good. Did leave off one ingredient but when I called they were very responsive to correct the problem.

Haven't had Pizza Hut in a while, so we decided to order from here although you don't deliver to me. I drove and picked up inside. Everyone had mask and Kaitlyn(I think that was her name) was very nice and very professional. The pizza was delicious the order was correct and hot! Thanka y'all have a new customer for sure.
