Super Pollo

This place USED to be good when it was the small, quaint, Super Pollo that it was before. The small place before you could actually see the cooks BBQ’ing outside on the big smokers and grills! It was just so much more friendly, tasted more real homemade MEXICAN. My dad and I would go eat there before and it was great! After the new place, it’s just another fast food joint in a hurry to get food out….customer service subpar, and the food is ok. Sometimes it’s pretty decent, but it’s just not the same. I miss the old place.

I just moved here from Memphis Tennessee and tried them the other day, and their grilled chicken WAS really good so I decided to go back while my car was in the shop and used doordash. For whatever reason they send us dog food that was supposed to be carne asada, ice cold chicken, and somehow managed to forget the drinks. The incompetent cashier chick then proceeded to tell me there wasn't a manager, and a refund isn't possible. I'm really disgusted and disappointed. Guess you have to drive up there to get anything worth paying for. Edit: I wasn't gonna mention this but my fiance says it's relevant. Please let the two women I heard on the phone know that speaking Spanish doesn't mean people can't understand them. Im bilingual and will be coming up there tomorrow.
