If I could give negative stars I would give this store -1000. The man that runs this store is SO RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL, I have never experienced anything like this and I finally quit going to this store months ago. Then today my daughter comes home crying because the same rude man accused her of owing money from the day before and she was never there that day. He was rude, loud, mean and made a teenager cry. I work graves and several times I’d go to this store only to have him signal through the window that he’s closed. Wait, 24 hour store closed on multiple occasions? Why? Whatever, my daughter, my sons my friends will never go to this jerks store ever again. As luck would have it they opened a new 7-11 just around the corner on Wadsworth, they are super friendly, their store is clean, and they aren’t ever on the phone talking to someone as they are ringing me up. Sorry to have to leave a bad review, I let it go at first then he messed with my kid, nope not okay. If you hate your job so much go find another that makes you happy so you won’t be such a mean ugly person to people.

Seems like every other day they are only accepting cash because their systems is down. Today it was down at 10am and still down at 11pm. This shows how poor this place is managed, allowing that much revenue on a Saturday just walk out the door. The only thing good about the 711 is the convenience if you live in the neighborhood. It’s probably fake so the night guy can sit on his box and text all night.

Stock is always questionable, coffee is usually hours upon hours old, fountain machine always broken, Cold brew doesn’t exist, when asked about it, staff got extremely hostile and rude. They were screaming at each other and I even witnessed a customer not getting his change back because they were to busy bickering. Very unprofessional and rude. Avoid at all costs. There’s a 7-11 off of 40th(estimate) and Sheridan. As well as wads. Just avoid this place.

This store is the worst 7 Eleven I have every been to, the service is complete Garbage, the staff doesn't want to do there job(ring up customers), they don't Appreciate you coming in to spend your money there, so you would better off to go somewhere that understands that you are the reason they are open, without the customer a business will not be open for very long. GO SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE

This is the most disgusting, unclean 7-11 I've been to in a very long time. I used to get coffee here until I took a good look at the urns the coffee was made in. I have pictures that would make you sick. The man working the morning shift is clearly more concerned with talking on his phone than the cleanliness of the store. I would recommend skipping this location and going elsewhere for coffee or breakfast. This used to be a clean and respectable shop; no longer. What a shame.
