Always enjoy my Baby back Baby back baby back. Didn't have them this last visit though. The food & drinks were great as always(see pics). The downside to this visit almost made me rate it a 2-3 ⭐. But thanks to our waitress & MOD who was working the kitchen and the door & tables so diligently to deliver the best experience possible under the circumstances. Which was the severely short handed staffing. Lastly I had a coupon for $10 off of any $30 purchase. Which my bill was well over but the system from corporate wouldn't accept. It took almost 20 additional minutes for us to get a correct bill and it still wasn't correct. With all that said I'd return again. Corporate needs to do better. The workers were definitely doing everything they could under the circumstances.

As you can see in the picture below there is something god awful in my beverage. We also waited an hour from the time we walked in to the time we got our food. Horrible experience if you’re considering going to chilis turn around and walk out the door of this one. The staff does not care about your existence. They gave us dessert with no fork and we had to wait about 7 minutes after asking for forks for us to finally get one….. so disappointed. While we were there we noticed another family fed up and walk out as well. I have fallen into deep sadness after this experience……

Where to start with this place, still short staffed. They were out of chips, only 1 type of soup, no salad , and no salad dressing. Only had plastic utensils. Only had the bar open . Had to wait for a table when the whole restaurant was open. The bathrooms were nasty. The lemonade tasted like powdered mix. The cajun chicken pasta was 1/5 chicken felt like rubber and it was cold.

Tuesday night...6:30...restaurant was 75% empty...told it would be a 45 minute wait. We said okay. The hostess started to walk away, then looked back at us confused, "Oh, you wanna wait?". We were going to, but on second thought, no. As we left, I noticed several employees just hanging out and sitting in booths. Not sure what has gone wrong with this location, but we won't be back.

I used to love this place. But now the service is beyond terrible. No one greets you at the door. No one seats you. Me and my wife have stood on several occasions waiting for someone to acknowledge our presence. Only to told there will be a 30, 45 minute wait and the restaurant is completely empty. They need to fire every last single person over there. Starting with the manager and every server and cook. Then hire someone that wants to work and serve the public. This used to be our favorite restaurant in the area. It used to be packed with people enjoying the food and service. This is an absolute waste of real estate. I will not waste another minute of my time going there again until it COMPLETELY changes!!!!!

I hardly ever leave a bad review, but I guess in order for a company to grow better negative reviews would help. Great customer service and great food is highly important. Now a days, it just feels like nobody wants to work at their best in restaurants anymore. I ordered the Cajun Chicken Pasta from here, because I like it better than the O'Charley's Cajun Pasta. I ordered curbside since I was on my break from work. The food was done on time. The pasta tasted good, but noticed the chicken tasted a little different. The lady that brought my food out did not say one word to me. I don't know if she didn't feel good or was hurting, but she was walking slow coming out of the store and was walking slow going back. I said, "Hi how are you?" and she did not say one word. She handed me my drink and food and walked away. I said, "Have a great day!" and still she did not say anything. I hope to have a better interaction my next visit.

DO NOT EAT HERE! From the bar girl nasty attitude to servers having a nasty attitude. You will wait 30 minutes on a slow day because they are to busy talking and gossiping about the customers. Food comes out cold, under staffed and i can go on. Sad to see someone money and investment is going to crash because of the people running the location. NEGATIVE STARS
