Papa Johns Pizza

I ordered a stuffed crust, soda and cheese sticks. The driver brought the wrong order. We gave it back and called the store for a replacement. I called and was put on hold for them to investigate. Then they answered and hung up. I called back and the woman stated they were talking to the driver and asked if I wanted a credit or my order. I requested my order. After 45 minutes i called back asking for an update. It was still at the store and I was up next. Another 45 minutes and they finally brought my cold food. The total time from order placed to final delivery was 3 hours. The first person I spoke to was polite but the lady I spoke to was snappy and rude.

I have grown incredibly exhausted by this location and the "management" of this location. Every single time I order from here something is wrong with my order. The app and website give you the option to have the pizza square cute (which is my preference) but it's NEVER square cut. I call only to be told "I don't see that it said square cut". Then it becomes this back and forth scenario of who's right as if sitting on the phone with Papa John's on a Friday evening is something I care to do. Speaking with a "manager" is about as effective as speaking to the wall. Do better Papa Johns!

I ordered a pizza from need papa John's Powdersprings Rd, they transfered my order to papa John's on Austell Rd with out notice, need to say I ordered at 7:45pm order arrived at 9:29 pm COLD, not even warm. I called the store where I ordered it at and I was told that they transferred it to another location which was further away from my home upset nasty 😡 will never order again from papa John's

This what I ended up with because I asked to get the wrong sauce (red) corrected to the white sauce but like I said to punish me the customer with the supposed to be corrected pizza that was over done on top cheese brown and bottom very dark and raw dough in the middle WITH , WAIT FOR IT NO SAUCE AT ALL and you manager with the evil fake smile and your fake thumbs up knew what you'd given me,But Never again I WILL TELL EVERYONE THE BEWARE ABOUT THIS LOCATION !!!!!!
